Florida condo and HOA, written through AmRisc.

condo and HOA risks built to current Florida wind standards. We look for positive , modern mitigation, and well-managed association property. We’ve been writing this book since 2007.

Who this is for

Garden-style condos and HOAs that value mitigation as much as we do.

  • Properties built or updated to current Florida wind standards, with documentation that supports mitigation credits.
  • Garden-style construction with documented wind mitigation. We underwrite the risk profile, not the : how the property is built and maintained matters more than how large it is.
  • Florida communities, where we’ve written commercial residential since 2007.
  • Associations with active boards and current . We underwrite the property, but the operating reality of the association matters too.

Built on a commercial property base.

We start from a commercial property policy for commonly owned association property and layer in the options agents, brokers, and boards ask for most.

  • ISO Special Perils form, included as standard on every policy
  • ISO Broad option, available
  • Ordinance or Law option, available
  • Commonly owned association property
  • Multiple extensions of coverage
  • Wind-driven precipitation, optional

Improvements that lower premium.
