Submissions, quoting, and binding for the condominium and homeowner association book run through AmRisc Group, an exclusive MGA. AmRisc works with retail agents as well as brokers, and is one of the largest MGAs in the country, specializing in hurricane-exposed properties.
Apartment and assisted living submissions and bind paths go through Skyway Underwriters, an MGA focused on catastrophe-exposed risk. Appointment to select wholesale brokers only. Distribution and claims live on the Skyway portal.
