Chris Griffith
PresidentChris Griffith is President of American Coastal Insurance Company, named to the role in 2024. He joined the organization as Chief Information Officer in October 2018, added Chief Operating Officer in July 2021, and continues to hold both roles at the parent corporation. Before that he was Vice President and CIO of Safety National Casualty Corp, a Tokio Marine Group member, after more than 20 years in technology leadership. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from USC Upstate and an Executive MBA from the University of Missouri.

He brings more than 30 years leading large property and casualty portfolios at national and regional carriers, including Nationwide Insurance, The Hartford, and Westfield. Svetlana Castle
Chief Financial OfficerSvetlana Castle has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2024. She spent 16 years at Bankers Financial Corporation in progressive roles, including CFO for a suite of Florida and Louisiana property and casualty companies and Chief Accounting Officer for the holding company. Her experience spans accounting, treasury, investments, FP&A, audit, reinsurance, and rating-agency presentations. Castle is a Florida-licensed CPA with degrees from Voronezh State University and the University of South Florida.

J. Andy Gray
Chief Compliance and Risk OfficerAndy Gray is the carrier's Chief Compliance and Risk Officer and a director. He previously served as CFO of American Coastal Insurance Company from 2015 to 2017, with finance, internal audit, and enterprise risk roles across the organization since 2017. He spent more than two decades at Thomas Howell Ferguson PA, where he became a shareholder in 1997 working in insurance audit, tax, and compliance, after starting in Ernst & Young's southeast regional insurance tax practice. Gray is a Florida-licensed CPA.
