AFTER A LOSS
If you are a unit owner, contact your Condominium Owner's Association or Property Manager

	Make sure that people are safe and out of harm’s way

	Notify the police if a law may have been broken and/or alert the proper authorities of the situation

	Take all reasonable steps to protect the property from further damage and keep a record of your expenses necessary to protect the covered property

	If necessary, move the covered property from the premises to preserve it from further loss or damage


	Give us prompt notice of the loss or damage. Provide a description of the property involved, how, when and where the loss or damage occurred by completing an Acord Loss Notice and submit it to claims@amrisc.com

	You may be requested to provide a complete inventory of damaged and undamaged property including quantities, costs, values and amount of loss claimed.
